ingenue collection processes orders Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders that are received on weekends, holidays, and after 12 PST will be processed the following business day. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of the merchandise, however most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Some items may take up to 7-14 days before shipping depending on the availability. Because ingenue collection is made to order some pieces may not be readily available to ship. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however insured shipping methods are available through USPS. To insure the safety of your package, you may need to select an insured shipping method during checkout. For purchases over $150 USD we provide free shipping. ♥ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges or store credit for merchandise that has been returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase for domestic and 21 days for international purchases. All returns must be approved by customer service. Email customer service at info@ingenuecollection.com, please provide your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. If items are post marked after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the item that is being returned. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached.
